Tires have never been mounted or installed in any fashion, they have a DOT date code from the year 2022 and as such are being sold as Used - Like New 

This tire has a small dent in the sidewall probably from laying on the edge of a pallet.  The dent may come out once mounted and pressurized and driven a little bit.  Other then the dent, these tires are being sold as "used" strictly because of their 2022 date code. They've never been mounted on a rim.  We've found that when our customers order a "new" tire they typically expect it be somewhere between 6 months and 24 months old. As we strive to meet our customer's expectations, once a tire gets to a certain age we mark it as used and discount the price accordingly. This allows the customer to make an informed decision and save some money. This one is discounted a little extra due to the dent.
