I truly felt valued from the moment Brad V. answered the phone. I purchased the wrong tire moving too fast and Brad was superb assisting me with an exchange for the correct tire. The entire process was seamless and I can't begin to thank Brad enough. Cycle City has gained a lifetime customer! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. First of all, they had a helmet in the correct size that I had been searching high and low for. Second, the price on the helmet was one of the best I found compared to other sites with the same helmet but wrong sizes. Third, the shipping time was IMPECCABLE! I was very skeptical at the rare find and the price when I couldn’t find many reviews but I took a swing and could not be happier with this company! Thank you guys so much for the new lid!
