One Hundred Percent is back at it again with a new iteration of their popular trail helmet, the Altec. The new Altec incorporates all the same features you love but now comes with a magnetic Fidlock closure system for a super-easy and hassle-free closure system. On the exterior, a lightweight and strong polycarbonate shell keeps the weight to a minimum while maintaining durability. Next, 100-Percent’s Smartshock Rotational Protective system cushions your head with 14 individual SmartShock sensors to help reduce rotational forces. At the heart of the Altec, a multi-density EPS foam core helps to absorb the impact energy to keep your head protected. 15 ventilation ports allow the air to flow through your helmet keeping you cool and an adjustable visor allows you to store your goggles underneath your visor. The adjustable ratcheting closure system in the back of the helmet provides a precise fit every time and a size-specific comfort liner can be removed and washed for convenience.
